The machine is sold FOB Henderson,KY .The seller is responsible for all loading charges and the buyer is responsible for all trucking charges. The machines is sold with a
30 day MDNA (Machinery Dealers National Association) guarantee which states that the seller will guarantee all major components (such as pump,motor,valves,clamp,controller ) to be in good working order for 30 days after the purchase.
If a problem occurs Machinery Network will repair the part at their cost. Any claims on this warranty shall be provided to Machinery Network in writing.
If the screw and barrel is worn beyond use upon start up, the buyer will send the screw and barrel out to the screw and barrel repair company of the sellers choice to get it inspected and repaired if needed. If the machine is proven mechanically unsatisfactory and can not be fixed in a cost effective or timely manner that suits both parties ,the buyer can then return the machine,freight prepaid, for the refund of the purchase price in full.
