APPLICATION: To dry various, free-flowing, virgin pellets weighing approx. 35-40 lb/ft-at
a maximum total throughput of 1,400 lb/hr with a drying temperature range
of 250 degrees F for 4 hours, utilizing (2) W1000 Carousel Plus series dehumidifying dryers in a
RWX style system with manifolds as described below

EQUIPPED WITH :
DRYER #1 -- Sled #1: (2) RWH33-21, 21 ft---- Drying hoppers for free-flowing,
virgin pellets with a drying exposure time of 4 hours at 250 degrees F,
at a maximum throughput of 180 lb/hr each
-- Sled #2: (1) RWH33-21, 21 ft---- Drying hoppers for free-flowing,
virgin pellets with a drying exposure time of 4 hours at 250 degrees F,
at a maximum throughput of 180 lb/hr each. (2) RWH24-12, 12 ft-
Drying hoppers for free-flowing, virgin pellets with a
drying exposure time of 4 hours at 250 degrees F, at a maximum throughput of 100 lb/hr each
DRYER #2 -- Sled #1: (2) RWH33-21, 21 ft---- Drying hoppers for free-flowing,
virgin pellets with a drying exposure time of 4 hours at 250 degrees F,
at a maximum throughput of 180 lb/hr each

APPLICATION: Pump#1 New PD7.5: To convey free-flowing, non-abrasive, virgin pellets
weighing approx. 35-40 lb/ft---from (3) existing outdoor silos to
(3) existing in-plant surge bins. System has a maximum total throughput of 2,850 lb/hr
and utilizes (1) new Conair 7.5 hp positive displacement vacuum pump.
Material Line Components: 2.50" O.D.; Aluminum tubing; Stainless Steel bends.
Vacuum Line Components: 2.50" O.D.; Aluminum tubing; Aluminum bends.
Maximum Conveying Parameters: 185' Horizontal; 25' Vertical;

(10) existing drying hoppers via a common line system.
